Welcome Mrs. Stephanie Payne

Welcome to our new High School Principal-
Stephanie Payne, a 1989 graduate of Muskogee High School and 1995 graduate of Northeastern State University, began her teaching career in 1998. She earned her Masters in Educational Leadership from East Central University. Stephanie has been in education for 24 years serving as an elementary, middle school, and high school teacher, as well as a high school counselor and summer school principal. She is excited to join the Porter Pirate family.
Stephanie is married to Kenny Payne, County Commissioner for District 3 in Muskogee County. Kenny and Stephanie have 2 children, Tori and Tate (a recent graduate from Porter High School).
The Payne family is active in their church, Timothy Baptist, and their community.
